After dark the wetland first quietened and then I became aware of a lot of activity. The beings of the night were about their business. A swan glided interview and became almost fluorescent in the darkness. The image, I hope, gives a sense of activity, a quality of an aliveness in all its parts. This was made in Lodmoor Nature Reserve in Weymouth in the winter/spring of 2025.
