Where an order holds more than one kind of thing, the higher rate applies once.

Framed and glazed work

If a piece is framed, under glass, or otherwise awkward to post, the cost of packing, a courier or collection needs discussing first. Add it to your basket and send it as an enquiry, and Frances will come back with a cost. Nothing is charged until you have agreed it.

Outside the UK

Work goes overseas often, but the cost depends on where it is going and what it is. Add what you would like to your basket, choose your country, and send it as an enquiry for a price.

Collection

Collection from the studio on Portland can always be arranged — please get in touch.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, do let me know by email. Return it in perfect condition within fourteen days to receive a full refund. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
